This site is operated by Vivek Nakum, an independent Technical Project Lead and AI-driven development consultant based in Rajkot, Gujarat, India, and founder of The Code Vendor. References to “I”, “me” and “my” in these terms mean Vivek Nakum.

3. Using this website

You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own use, and to evaluate whether to work with me. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the site, including by automated scraping that places an unreasonable load on it.
• Submit false, misleading or abusive content through the contact form.

5. Enquiries and proposals

Submitting the contact form does not create a contract or a client relationship. It starts a conversation. Any engagement between us only begins once we have agreed scope, fees and terms in writing.

Please do not send confidential or commercially sensitive information through the contact form. If we need to exchange confidential material, we can put a suitable agreement in place first.
